2024 Dry Rosé, Santa Cruz Mountains, Black Ridge Vineyard

Made from 100% Zinfandel, we hand selected the fruit for this rosé and pressed whole clusters of grapes immediately. The wine was fermented until dry in stainless steel and then bottled without fining or filtering. It is pale pink in color with aromas of apricots and flavors of cherries and stone fruit. Serve lightly chilled as an aperitif or with cheese, seafood, or charcuterie.
